Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours, with standard delivery across the UAE typically taking 1–3 working days. Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time. We currently deliver within the UAE and select countries across the Middle East and Africa. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or extreme weather conditions.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our handcrafted chocolates, we do not accept returns or exchanges once products are delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit at our discretion.
